SNK Labs Return Policy
To be eligible for a return
The item must be unused and unopened.
The product must be in its original packaging.
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used skincare products;
- Opened or used hair care products;
How to Request a Return
Your order number;
Your full name;
The reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

At SNK Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for opened, used, or damaged personal care products where the seal has been broken.
If you change your mind, unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@snklabsau.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will, at our discretion:
- Replace the item;
- Provide a refund; or
- Offer store credit.
